“I really wanted to share a review for this Little Heroes Pediatric Hearing Clinic. Specifically for Dr. JJ Whicker. Our journey with JJ started almost a year ago. My son is now 5 years old and we discovered later onset of severe to profound bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. As embarrassing as it is to admit, we had no idea that he had hearing loss. He passed his hearing test as an infant and as he got older we noticed he had some speech delays and impediments. By some miracle Dr. Whicker’s name was on a long list of other Audiologists given to me by my sons pediatrician and we were able to get in to see him the next day. No words could adequately express mine, my husband’s or my son’s gratitude for the kind of professional kindness that has been extended to us in this ongoing, unexpected journey. We drive 40 minutes one way just to have JJ as our Pediatric Audiologist. He is extremely kind. Endlessly compassionate and an advocate for his patients and their family. Very professional and knowledgeable. Reliable. Trustworthy. Does not rush you or make you feel in any way, that you’re not priority. Really good to answer questions big and small. I would recommend JJ and this hearing clinic over and over again! These particular doctors are meant to be in the specific career. “Dr. JJ Whicker came highly recommended to us. I did a lot of research and was told by multiple providers that he is one of the best in his field. I agree! I have two children who have been diagnosed with an Auditory Processing Disorder, and JJ was so helpful and kind! He is extremely knowledgeable and addressed both of their individual audiological needs and thoroughly answered all of our questions. I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment. Dr. JJ has always been accommodating and given helpful explanations to ensure complete understanding. “Words cannot sufficiently describe how much we LOVE Dr. Lindsey! We would seriously follow her anywhere . . . Dr. Lindsey Tubaugh has sincerely changed out lives. We not only love her as out kid’s audiologist, but she has become an amazing friend. Jovi has been having trouble wearing her hearing aids as of late and due to worry of change in her loss, we scheduled an appointment. Lindsey is so great with Jovi and was able to adjust her hearing aids as needed and Jo wearing them has been SO much better ever since!! If you’re ever in need of a pediatric audiologist, I know an incredible one! We’ve been with her since the beginning, and plan to be with her until these kiddos are out the door. Maybe even beyond then.”
